Supreme Unveils a Collaboration With Dutch Artist M.C. Escher

For its latest collaboration, Supreme turns to Dutch artist Maurits Cornelis Escher, better known as M.C. Escher. Born in 1898 in Leeuwarden, Netherlands, Escher showcased impossible optical illusions in his work, with special attention paid to concepts like hyperbolic geometry, tessellations, stellated polyhedra and symmetry. Supreme features Escher's distinctive artwork on a collection that includes a lightweight Trench Coat, cotton Baseball Jersey, twill Short, Hooded Sweatshirt, two short sleeve T-Shirts, one long sleeve T-Shirt and Camp Cap. The good drop this Thursday, May 4, at Supreme's NY, LA, London, and Paris stores, as well as online at Availability in Japan follows on Saturday, May 6th.
