In 2016, G-Shock made waves with its new GA-700 series, an affordable analog-digital model featuring a front-facing Super Illuminator light button, 5-year battery life and a bold yet rugged case. It was a breakout hit, and it's since spawned the GA-710, which has essentially the same exterior design as the GA-700 series, but comes with a shiny metallic face and light button. In the case of the new GA710GB-1A, a black resin case and matching strap is accented with metallic gold for striking visuals, complete with multi-dimensional hour and minute hands that look as if they were carved out of a piece of metal. Part of a "Garish Colors" series, the watch is shock and magnetic resistant, and features world time (31 time zones / 48 cities), a 1/100-second stopwatch, countdown timer and more. It's available now through G-Shock retailers and casio.com. For more info, visit gshock.com
