A decade ago, Extra Butter creative directors Jason Faustino and Bernie Gross met as followers of the b-boy scene, not sneakerheads. Their latest collaboration with PUMA pays homage to NYC b-boy culture, featuring two colorways of the Clyde, a silhouette that has deep roots in the '80s world of b-boys and hip hop. The Extra Butter x PUMA Clyde "Kings of New York" carries a crushed velvet upper, accented with a tonal full grain leather form stripe and veg tan leather detailing at the heel and tongue. Velvet fat laces and translucent outsoles complete the look. Accompanying the kicks are the "Big City of Dreams" lightweight hooded longsleeve, "Kings of New York" tee, and Extra Butter x Secrid cardprotectors, limited to 50 of each color.

Limited pairs will be available at a launch party/b-boy exhibition battle at NYC's Le Poisson Rouge on July 8th from 6-10 pm. Stay tuned for in-store and online release details.
