Daisuke Obana took to New York Fashion Week: Men's to highlight an understated American sophistication for N. Hoolywood's Spring/Summer 2018 collection. Specifically, there's an optimistic undercurrent that pays homage to the Camelot era of John F. Kennedy's presidency, whose laid-back, confident style was emblematic of a simpler and more optimistic time. Preppy looks seemingly transported from the '50s are abundant here, seen in the varsity cardigans, tennis sweaters and chino shorts, while the suiting took on slightly relaxed proportions -- along with ankle-length trousers -- for a youthful take on tailored apparel.
