In 2016, members of the Carhartt WIP skate team joined up with riders from Russian brand Absurd Skateboards for an epic three-week trip through the Russian countryside, ranging from the skyscrapers of Moscow to Lake Baikal in southern Siberia. The 6000-km journey was chronicled in a skate film dubbed "O3EPO," which is also the name of the new capsule collection from Carhartt WIP. The assortment features a post-Soviet aesthetic, appearing on two T-shirts, a long-sleeve tee, beanie, two skate decks and a set of stainless steel shashlik sticks, or skewers.
