Chevrolet has revealed the revealed 2019 Corvette ZR1, billed as the most powerful and fastest iteration of the 'Vette in the nameplate's history. The car is capable of a top speed of more than 210 miles per hour, courtesy of a 6.2-liter supercharged, dual-injected V8 engine, generating 755 horsepower and 715 lb-ft of torque. All that power drives the rear wheels through a standard 7-speed manual or optional 8-speed automatic transmission
The ZR1 will be come with two different aerodynamics kits: a standard rear Low Wing, and a High Wing package, dubbed the ZTK Performance Pack, that produces an estimated 950 pounds of downforce at speed. It also includes deep front aero splitter, Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires and ZTK-specific chassis tuning.
Sales for the ZR1 will commence in Spring 2018, and if you order the car with the Sebring Orange Design Package, you can expect an eye-catching paint job with matching orange accents on the brake calipers, seat belts and contrast stitching across the upholstery.
