This season finds Publish Brand and The North Face reuniting for a new chapter in their ongoing partnership. This time around, the release centers around two footwear silhouettes collected under the "Earth's Core" banner: the Litewave Ampere II HC and the ThermoBall Traction Mule II, both done up in warm tones that stand in stark contrast to last year's chilly "Midnight in Antarctica" collection.
Retailing for $140, the Litewave Ampere II HC features protective no-sew TPU overlays on the heel and toe cap, as well as sock-like stretch neoprene mesh for ankle support and debris protection. An OrthoLite footbed and an UltrATAC rubber outsole round out the details on this hybrid trainer. The ThermoBall Traction Mule II, retailing for $70, is built with a 100% recycled/water-resistant PET ripstop upper and insulated with lightweight PrimaLoft. Underfoot is a grippy rubber outsole constructed from 40% recycled materials. Both are available now at select retailers and publishbrand.com.
