Originally unveiled back in the spring of 2017, adidas' Futurecraft 4D is finally set to release on January 18th. You'll recall that 300 pairs were originally distributed to friends and family, with the Three Stripes announcing that 5,000 pairs would be released by the end of the calendar year. The general release never occurred, and adidas has now announced that the futuristic shoe is dropping next week in New York. Shoppers can expect a lightweight runner featuring a Primeknit upper mounted on a distinctive lattice-like sole unit created through a process called digital light synthesis. Retailing for $300, the kicks will be available through Kith, Sneakersnstuff and Packer on January 18.
