Unlike ACRONYM's previous collaborations with Nike, the upcoming Air VaporMax Moc 2 is entirely forward-facing. "There is absolutely nothing retro about it," observes Errolson Hugh, co-founder of ACRONYM. The shoe's defining feature is the stretchy Flyknit upper, done up in a camouflage print based on the "A" from the ACRONYM logo, reimagined in grid form. Check out detailed looks of each colorway in the gallery below, as well as a campaign video starring Hugh and John Mayer, modeled after the trailer for an imaginary spaghetti western.
All three pairs dropped today on acrnm.com and have already sold out, but there will be subsequent releases through the Nike SNKRS app, nike.com and select retailers. The Light Bone/Volt/Light Bone colorway drops on March 26, the Black/Black/Volt on April 26 and the Sail/Cargo Khaki/Dark Stucco on May 15.
