If you've had your eye on Reebok's sock trainer with Vetements but always balked at the price, you can soon avail yourself to the next best thing: the new Reebok Run.r, featuring a technical knit upper in black. Underfoot, there's a unique four part split-tooled sole unit in a contrasting off-white shade, borrowed from a 1996 Pump EVO prototype that never went into production. Stenciled upside down in white print, "Not For Resale RBK Sample" wraps around the front of the sock-like collar. This black pair, representing the first of four colorways to launch in the coming months, will drop initially at Barneys on May 11. A wider release follows on May 18, with retail set at $250.
