In partnership with Jordan Brand, Virgil Abloh continues to crank out new colorways of his radically deconstructed take on the Air Jordan 1. The latest edition features a Powder Blue colorway that's clearly an homage to MJ's UNC alma mater, where he collected his first career championship in 1982. In terms of release details, here's what we know so far: the kicks will drop May 30th through nike.com in Australia, Egypt, New Zealand, Chile, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Morocco and South Africa. Interestingly, Nike has also announced the same release date for Puerto Rico, Canada and Mexico, but the U.S. is pointedly left in the dark. Word on the street is that shoppers in U.S. and Europe will have to wait until June. Stay tuned.
