It's finally here: the Air Jordan 33. As Jordan Brand teased earlier this week, the new silhouette will introduce new performance technology in the form of Nike's FastFit system. Instead of traditional laces, FastFit utilizes cables that can be activated with a single tug of a forefoot strap, resulting in full 360-degree lockdown. To eject, one simply pulls on the side loops to release the cables. On the outsole, a window to the tightening system mimics the use of visible Air on the 3, 4, 5 and 6, while also channeling the visible technology that's used on space flight suits.

Design nods to Jordan heritage are seen on the oversized Jumpman logo on the tongue and Nike Air branding on the heel. The shoe's cushioning blends old and new, with the latest iteration of Jordan Brand’s Flight Speed technology, made with the same carbon plate approach employed on the Nike Zoom VaporFly 4%, acting in concert with a Zoom Air unit

Check out detailed looks below, and expect the Air Jordan 33 to launch October 18th at nike.com and select retailers.
