The Air Jordan 19 originally released back in 2004 and will make its return for the first time (not in a CDP) later this week. The White/Chrome-Flint Grey-Black colorway was worn by Carmelo Anthony during his early years with the Denver Nuggets and the latest retro release will honor Melo with his name on the insoles.

Drawing design inspiration from a poisonous African snake, the Tech-Flex upper returns with its VELCRO heel strap and a shiny patent leather upper. With NBA greats like Gary Payton, Jason Kidd and Monta Ellis having laced up the AJ19 on-court in the past, a new generation of ballers will have a chance to join them this weekend.

You can purchase the Air Jordan 19 on January 5 for $225 on nike.com via the SNKRS app and at select retailers.

Release Date: 1/5/19 (Saturday)
