Acclaimed pastry chef Dominique Ansel (of Cronut fame) and Shake Shack have collaborated successfully in the past with a Cronut Hole Concrete and Shake Shack Cake Fries. Now, the duo return with another limited edition offering, a Katsu Egg Sando and Morning Maple Latte.
This new combination will be offered at Shake Shack's West Village location for two days only, this weekend March 15 and 16, on a first come, first served basis. Expect this Japanese-inspired breakfast collaboration to create long lines when it opens daily at 8 a.m.
