Rolls-Royce has just announced a £37,000 GBP (~$47,000 USD) champagne chest as part of its Rolls-Royce Bespoke Design Collective.
For the price you're paying, the laser-cut stainless steel inlay holds four hand-blown crystal champagne flutes with polished aluminum bases and are arranged to "evoke memories of a V12 engine" underneath a Tudor Oak wood table that rises at the push of a button. Also included on the sides are "hammocks" which open to reveal two champagne coolers made of black anodized aluminum and carbon fiber. "RR" monogrammed napkins round out the lavish chest.
Customers can also configure the chest to include leather covers, thermal capsule with three porcelain bowls to hold food, and a caviar configuration that holds a 30 gram tin and two Mother of Pearl spoons with anodized aluminum handles.
