Nintendo announced the Switch Lite today, a handheld-only device that won't have removable Joy-Con controllers like its older sibling.

Arriving in three colors: yellow, turquoise and grey, the cheaper $199.99 console will have some differences from the $299.99 Switch. Mainly, tabletop and TV modes won't be present since there aren't any Joy-Con controllers and features like IR Motion Camera and HD Rumble isn't included. However, it is compatible with all regular Switch games and has multiplayer online functionality.

Expect the new Switch Lite to launch on September 20. A limited Zacian and Zamazenta Edition will also launch to coincide with Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield games. You can learn more on nintendo.com.
