For Fall/Winter 2019, designer Yohji Yamamoto has taken the archival adidas Salvation silhouette and created the Y-3 FYW S-97.

The sneaker was one of the first to use Feet You Wear technology when it was introduced back in 1997. Yamamoto has added modern Three Stripes technology into the reimagined version with Primeknit and BOOST. A black and white midsole partially exposes the BOOST unit while paying homage to the shoe it draws inspiration from and touches of leather and suede throughout the heel, toebox and tongue round out the design.

You can purchase the Y-3 FYW S-97 in two colorways, white/black/off-white and black/white on July 18 at Y-3 flagship stores, and select retailers.
