BAPE has created a new "和" Japanese Culture collection for Fall/Winter 2019.
Celebrating the brand's roots in Tokyo and the surrounding areas of Japan, this specific collection was inspired by the area of Asakusa, on the east side of the Taito Ward and a key downtown area of Edo. The brand has chosen the Hanten jacket, a common garment of the 18th century during the Edo Period and has given it the iconic 1ST CAMO makeover. Additional pieces include Mount Fuji and a torii gate.
