Certainly two of the hardest sneakers to obtain in adult sizing, Tom Sachs and Nike's collaborative Mars Yard 2.0 sneaker and Mars Yard Overshoe have been given a makeover for the kids in our lives.

For the miniature versions of the sneakers we've come to know and love, the shoes have been revamped with a flexible sole and Velcro collar. They will be available in crib sizes (1C to 4C) and toddler sizes (5C to 10C), each with its own custom box just like the adult versions. "The shoe is very, very flexible and that's what you ultimately want when developing a strong new member of the team — you don't want a lot of structure," Sach says. He adds, "The Sachs studio is a professional athletic team. Our sport is making sculpture. Nike makes performance products for the needs of championship athletes worldwide, and Nike makes our uniforms. Bottom line, my son, Guy Louis Armstrong Sachs, is on the sculpture team now. He's an important part of the team and he's got his French work smock, his 10 bullets onesie and, now, he has his Mars Yards."

You can pick up the cute miniature versions for the newest members of your team on October 9. In related news, The North Face has officially launched its new FUTURELIGHT technology.
