Nike, Jordan Brand and Converse officially unveiled sneakers and apparel for the 2020 NBA All-Star Weekend taking place in Chicago.

The last time the ASG was held in Chicago was 1988 and any fan of basketball will remember how historic that year was for footwear and the sport. Now, returning to the city that gave Jordan Brand its energy and DNA, the theme for this year's game for all the brands is "UNITE." Celebrating how basketball helped unite the city of Chicago, you will see that theme carried out with unique Chicago referencing details like the Black/Red "Bred" colorway and more.

Fans in Chicago will be excited to hear that a "Nike Chi" edition of the Air Jordan 3 "Retro U" or "McDonald's" for hardcore fans, will be releasing whereas everyone else gets a Nike Air release. You can also expect a Tune Squad and Monstars capsule collection to celebrate LeBron James' role in the new Space Jam 2 movie. Converse will also present the first colorways for its All Star Pro BB Low.

Check out the footwear offerings that will be releasing in the next few weeks leading up to All-Star Weekend which will take place from February 14 to 16. In related news, Nike officially unveiled the Adapt BB 2.0 yesterday.
