Apple has started producing face shields for healthcare professionals fighting COVID-19 and just shared instructions for use on their website.

The company's CEO Tim Cook made the announcement over the weekend via Twitter that they've sourced over 20 million masks to help and are currently in the process of making face shields. Ideally Apple plans to ship over 1 million face shields per week. Apple's website currently has a how-to manual available to put together the pieces of the face shield and adjust for a tight or loose fit. Nike has also announced that it's now producing face shields with the help of OHSU.
