Released in 2006 at a NYC pop-up event, the Nike LeBron 4 "Graffiti" is still considered a grail among collectors. The popular white, black and red colorway with light blue graffiti all over the midsole is the inspiration for the latest LeBron sneaker, the 17.

Taking the same colorway and moving it onto the Knitposite upper, the latest release reminds LBJ himself of how advanced the 4 was during its time. "I think the IVs were before their time. The full-length Zoom unit, the Foamposite — that silhouette was crazy. It looked so different from the earlier three shoes in the line, and wearing them right before that title run in 2007 made them that much more memorable," recounts James.

Fans can purchase the LeBron 17 "Graffiti" on June 5 for $225 via SNKRS app. For those who don't remember, the LeBron 11 also received the "Graffiti" treatment back in 2014.
