With its roots in basketball, the Nike Air Force 1 is the perfect silhouette to celebrate important basketball entities on both the East and West coasts. Each coast receives a unique pair for their respective contributions to the game.

The East Coast gets a white and black pair of AF1s that honor the NY vs NY tournament held in the most iconic parks in New York each summer. Black covers the outsole and Swoosh while the NY vs NY logo occupies the lateral heel section and seven detachable tongue patches help you rep your park. The patches include: Gersh, Tri-State, West 4th, Lincoln Park, Watson, Uptown and Dyckman.

For the West Coast, a clean all-white pair of AF1s keep things simple for the Drew League - a summer league that has grown so popular even NBA players have joined. The league's logo makes its way onto the tongue tab and lateral heel section while an embossed Nike Air logo creates a unique heel tab.

Both the NY vs NY and Drew League Air Force 1s will release on July 17 for $110 via SNKRS app. Last month, Nike crafted a "White Tiger" AF1 to celebrate South Korea's national football kits.
